At the present I theach as associated assistant at the University of Jaen , Developmental and Educational Psychology Section .

My PhD dissertation is titled "El acento léxico y su función en el reconocimiento de palabras escritas en adultos y en niños" (Lexical stress and its role in written word recognition by adults and children). It was presented at the Granada University

I develop my reasearch activities as a member of the research group "Psycholinguistics: Comprehension, Production, and Development" [HUM699]


Research Interests

  • Visual Word Recognition in adults and children.
  • Prosody and reading acquisition.
  • In general, basic processes in reading acquisition.
