The University of Jaén (UJA) leads the areas of Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics at a national level in relation to the quality of publications and the impact they generate, according to the CYD 2023 Report, which was presented this Wednesday and prepared by the Knowledge and Development Foundation.

“In it, an exhaustive analysis is carried out on the situation and evolution of strategic priorities in the Spanish university environment, offering a detailed radiography of the academic institutions of higher education in the country, which includes a prominent position of the University of Jaén ", indicates Juan Martínez, Vice Chancellor of Strategy and Digital University of the UJA.

In this sense, this year's edition, prepared with the collaboration of 43 experts from the academic, institutional and business fields, highlights the outstanding position of the University of Jaén in this context, "a recognition of its dedication and excellence in the generation of knowledge,” says Juan Martínez. “Without a doubt, one of the most positive sections that appears in the document is that corresponding to the quality of the publications and the impact they generate. Thus, the report indicates that UJA stands out in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics.
